How it Works?

SheenPay is a Buy Now, Pay Later service that lets you buy a new mobile phone or electronic product and pay for it in four monthly installments instead of paying the full amount upfront.

  • Download our app and submit the application form.
  • After your application has been approved, choose a product on our app.
  • At checkout, pay the first installment.
  • We’ll ship the product to your address.
  • You’ll pay the remaining three installments every 30 days.

Yes, all products listed on the Sheen Pay app are available on installments. If a product is shown in the app, it can be purchased using the “Pay in 4” plan. You don’t need to check eligibility separately.

No. You can only purchase one product at a time. After you complete your ongoing installment plan, you may apply for another product.

No, SheenPay can only be used on our platform. All products eligible for installments are listed on our app.

Yes. After your application is approved and you pay the first installment, we ship the product to you.
Halal & Shariah Installment

Yes, SheenPay is completely interest-free.
  • You pay exactly the product price shown on the website.
  • There are no hidden charges, no service fees, and no markup.
  • The total cost is simply divided into 4 equal monthly installments.

SheenPay follows Islamic financing principles under the Musawamah model. All installment plans are Halal and according to Shariah.
Eligibility for SheenPay Installment Plans

Any Pakistani resident who is 18 years or older and can provide the required documents is eligible to apply for installment plans on SheenPay.

Yes, proof of income is required. This may include a salary slip, business income documentation, or a recent bank statement.

Yes, students can apply, but they must provide educational documents and a valid income proof.

Yes, SheenPay checks your credit score or credit history to approve installment plans.
Documents Required for Installment Application

You’ll need to prepare and submit the following documents:

  • CNIC
  • Educational documents (if applicable)
  • Proof of income (salary slip, business proof, or bank statement)
  • A recent utility bill

These documents help us verify your identity and financial reliability, ensuring that your installment plan is processed responsibly.

During the application form submission on SheenPay, you’ll upload clear photos or scanned copies of each required document directly through the platform.

No, there is no application fee. You pay only the product price shown in the app—no extra charges, no service fees, and no hidden costs.

Approval usually takes 1 to 2 working days after the application is submitted.

  • You’ll receive confirmation of approval
  • A credit limit will be assigned to your account
  • You can choose a product within that limit from the app
  • At checkout, you’ll pay the first installment
  • Once the payment is confirmed, your product will be shipped

If your application is not approved, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate documents
  • Unverified income proof
  • Previous negative credit/payment history
  • Application details not matching our eligibility criteria

Payments and Installments

Installments can be paid directly through the SheenPay app. We currently accept the following payment method:

  • Bank Transfer

Once your payment is completed and verified, you’ll see a “Payment Successful” pop-up. Your order installment status will change to the Paid, and you’ll also receive an email confirmation at your registered email address.

Yes. You can pay any installment in advance without any penalty. To pay early, open the SheenPay app, go to the Installments, and tap “Pay Now.”

Missed or Late Payments

If you miss a payment:

  • Your SheenPay account may be suspended
  • Your device may be locked

These reminders appear when a payment is due or overdue on an active installment plan.

To make your payment:

  • Open the SheenPay app
  • Go to Account > Installment Calendar
  • Tap Pay Now

Delivery and Order Tracking

Standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification. You can track it in the SheenPay app under Account > Orders > My Orders.

No, the person who placed the order must receive it.

  • You must be present at the time of delivery
  • You must show your original CNIC to the delivery hero

No. Once your order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Phone Locking: Samsung Knox, PayTrigger and Google DLC

No. Your phone stays unlocked as long as you pay on time.

Samsung Knox, PayTrigger and Google DLC are device locking software that helps protect phones bought on installment. If payments are missed, the phone may lock until dues are cleared.

When locked:

  • Some phone functions will be restricted
  • You can unlock it by paying the installment and contacting support

If your financed phone is offline for more than 72 hours while a payment is overdue, it will lock automatically. To unlock it:

  • Reconnect the phone to the internet
  • Pay your pending installment
  • Contact support if needed

No. You cannot sell the device until all installments are paid and the plan is completed. Once all the installments are paid, you can sell the device.

No. phones with device locking software cannot be refunded. If there’s a software issue, you must report it within 24 hours and may be required to visit a service center.
